Quicken 59.35 Update Dropped!
Launched Quicken and when initiating OSU, got about half way through, then crashed (said Quicken had stopped responding). Relaunched ran OK. Launch OSU, OSU completed OK and displays there's an update. Didn't apply update in order to complete, accept and reconcile downloaded transaction. When done, did the update. Once done, closed Quicken, relaunch, started OSU (completed, no transactions), ran a few searches, and reports. All good so far! :)
So just letting everyone know the new version is getting rolled out. Take whatever precautions you feel necessary (like manually backup your file, adjust Windows UAC, etc.).

Complete disaster this morning!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Installed the update and said successful.
Then tried to open my data file and error message saying could not find data file. Tried several attempts to restore files from y external hard drive with same error messages. I un-installed the program, deleted all c program files, re-installed and tried to restore from my external hard drive. (I back up daily to external hard drive) By now I'm shaking like a leaf, in panic mode, and sick to my stomach. Time to call tech support!
Agent spent close to an hour with screen share until he was able to recover a data file. He said there was a possibility that my data file was backed up to the idrive, even though backups are set for my external drive.
He had me enroll in the new Quicken back up on line, and all was good. He was very knowledgeable, personable, and resolved this issue.
