Vystar CC-503 error started 11/21/2024. Downloads are rejected.

Quicken reports Vystar is rejecting valid login password.

The Quicken Password Confirmation tool passes successfully to confirm the Vystar Password.

However, Quicken issues CC-503 error for transaction download from Vystar . From Error Information screen.

Vystar first line chat support said that they were notified of a problem with Quicken access this morning.

As a test, I tried adding a new Vystar account to Quicken, and that also rejected valid login credentials.

Vystar chat support said that they are hoping for an end of day resolution. 🤞

    We currently have a known issue with VyStar Credit Union that has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA on resolution at this time. While the error code you are receiving is different from that reported within the Alert, it is likely related.     My problem started this morning. All downloads from Vystar were working until 11/20/2024. Maybe new problems were created trying to resolve the older problem.

    Transaction download attempt from Vystar generated a CC-800 error (accounts deleted).

    So I proceeded to add Vystar accounts and the procedure found my existing accounts which I relinked to Quicken and Vystar downloads are working again.

    So it seems this may have been a different issue than Community Alert.

    I noticed that while vystar appears to be updated it actually is not. the red star does not show up next to vystar accounts indicating new transactions were downloaded. however, when i open the account there are transactions listed. Not all transactions are downloaded when i compared it to the VyStar's account detail. my Credit Card transactions are missing from November 15 to 21. I had to manually input them.

    i have reactivated all VyStar accounts several times with different accounts showing up on the page where you tie existing accounts to vystar listed accounts. It also lists the wrong account number on my credit card account detail and it cannot be changed as it is downloaded from VyStar directly on setup.

    hopes this gets fixed soon.
