Amazon Synchrony incorrect credentials error

    I am no longer able to connect to my Amazon Synchrony credit card with Quicken. Has worked perfectly x years. I asked what app I wish to use to open the download. If I choose my Quicken app, there are no downloads. When I try to "reconnect" the account, as instructed withing Quicken, I receive the message that my credentials are not correct. The credentials are correct, as verified when I access the Synchrony account directly, I am given immediate access with the same credentials.

    Please advise. Thank you.

    Hello @mobleyw,

    To assist with this issue, I checked on our end, and can see you've been trying to use the Synchrony Bank Credit Cards connection option. That connection option does not work for credit cards serviced by Synchrony bank. To connect your Amazon card that's serviced by Synchrony, please use the Amazon.com Store Card - Synchrony connection option.
