RESOLVED! 11/25/24 Multiple Banks- Wrong Payee Downloading
We are receiving reports from customers that the wrong payee name is being downloaded. The payee name downloads as the number 1 or 2, not the payee shown in the bank statement.
This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.
To be notified of updates as they become available, please click the bookmark ribbon located in the upper right. If you do not see the bookmark ribbon, please make sure that you are signed into the Quicken Community.

RESOLVED 11/25/24
Our service provider has resolved the issue where payees were appearing as a number (e., g 1,) or letter (e.g, "F:).
Customers who have encountered the issue can revert to the downloaded payee name in Quicken for Windows and Quicken for Mac. Our service provider is cleaning up data so those have not seen the issue yet because they have not downloaded will never see it.
This issue has been marked as resolved. However, this Alert will remain available for a few days for those who may still be experiencing this.
