I updated to R60.12 this morning and I'm no longer able to backup locally. This issue has happened with previous updates and the fix has been a rollback until another patch can be deployed.

Quicken Support - please respond with a rollback link.

    Hello @bkjgbfnasd,

You can find links to rollback to previous versions in this support article.

However, before rolling back to a previous version, could you please navigate to Help > Report a problem within your Quicken program and submit a problem report with log files and screenshots attached so we can forward this issue to be further investigated. It would also aid the investigation to include a sanitized file when submitting the problem report. A sanitized file is a data file that removes personally identifiable information so you can comfortably share this file with the Quicken team.

While you will not receive a direct response through this submission, these reports will help our teams in further investigating the issue.

    Thank you!

That "report a problem function" is not working either. Button remains greyed out.

thank you for following up. To clarify— are you seeing that only with the current release you have installed, or will it let you do so after rolling back to a prior version?

Also, if you don’t mind could you please provide a screenshot of the option being greyed out?

Check back and let us know! Thank you.

I contacted tech support and was able to download R60.14, using Quicken for Windows: Manual Patch Update, which addressed the problem. The report a problem was greyed out because I needed to select a category first. I'm able to back up, so the problem is fixed. Thank you.
