Looks like Quicken STILL unable to connect with Victory Capital !! (ex USAA). There is a closed thread in 2023 but doesn't resolve, Quicken just closed the ticket. 2 years later this theoretically could be fixed. Perhaps Quicken should communicate with financial institutions to resolve, (not me)
Note the error msg cc-501 indicates a problem with Quicken servers and not to contact Victory Capital for assistance
Note to ADD ACCOUNT, Quicken lists VICTORY CAPITAL as a workable account that can be added, but always provides an error. If Quicken unable to resolve after several years, at least remove Victory from the claim of 14,000 supported institutions. Less confusion regarding less functionality.
Temporary outage ? I see that there are currently many other Quicken cc-501 errors for multiple institutions, perhaps related? I will try a few more time until I give up. Then I may drop Quicken, too expensive, too many problems errors etc. It used to be really good, have been using (same file) since 2006. Now its mostly aggravation, updates are colorful / pretty pie charts but actual substance and performance is pretty limited
