The investment report show a minus 1 cent but the actual account shows zero. The investing tab also shows zero. The account overview (when I hit holdings) also show 0.00. Only the report shows the minus 1 cent and this all started after update R60.12.

    Hello @Beanack,

If you don't mind, could you please provide a screenshot of what you are seeing? If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.

    Thank you!

I noticed that the report shows the market value at 620,065.25, but Investing tab shows 620,065.26 as does the Account Overview. They are all as of 12/31/2022.

Thank you for following up with the screenshots!

I can see that you have updated your program to version R60.14 since posting this. Has updating to the latest version made any difference or are you still seeing this in the latest release as well? Also, just to be clear, is it the data shown in the Investing tab and Account Overview that is correct, and the report is incorrect?

Last, have you tried any troubleshooting steps already? If so, could you please tell us what you have tried so far to avoid repeating anything?

Check back and let us know!

The data in the Investing tab and the Account Overview are correct. I went back and verifed the numbers with the statements. I have rolled this IRA into another IRA and when I rolled it over I made sure that I checked sell all shares in this account.

I ran other investment reports and the problem does not exist with these reports. It is only the Accounts Balance Report that has the problem.

    Thank you for following up.

This sounds like it could either be a data file problem, program issue, or a bug. We will need to check/try some things to determine which.

First, can you check to see where your data file is located? Is it located on your local computer hard drive (C: drive), or in a external or cloud based drive (e.g.: OneDrive, DropBox, USB stick, etc)?

Check back and let me know!

What particular report is showing this issue? Is it the Net Worth & Balances > Account Balances report for example, or another report?

If it is the Account Balances report, click on the gear at the top right and select Account detail. This will show what security in the account is causing the problem. It may be a security that you sold some time before you did the transfer. Make sure the final sale of that security is a Sell all.

I went to account details and saw the securities that have one cent. For the final sales I did click Sell All and it made no difference.

I thought the problem was on with the Account Balances Report, but I ran a new Investing report and clicked on account details and saw the one cent problem. I was the same securities in both reports.
