Quicken Classic Deluxe vs Premier - Canada

I have Quicken Classic Deluxe (Canadian) version R59.9.

I read that there is a Quicken premier version that has the X-Ray for Portfolios. that I would like to try.

I cannot find that option in my classic deluxe.

Is there really a Quicken Premier? How can I upgrade?

If I cannot upgrade, is there a X-Ray option for the version I have? If not, which version has it?

I don't think the X-Ray is available in Quicken Canada.
