My bank accounts are updating but not giving me an indication that a transaction has happened

Long time windows user, now switched to a MAC. On my old windows system my bank accounts would give me an indication when a transaction has cleared. With my MAC I know my bank account is linked because the balance is updating and correct, but none of the transactions are giving me an indication that they cleared. I am receiving an indication when a couple of my credit card accounts clear a transaction. What am I doing incorrectly?

I think I just solved my problem. Bank account was transferred over from Windows. I left the connection the same. I just did a connection disconnect and am using the quicken connect and not direct connect, and now I see the account in the account update list and the register is updating Sorry my bad..
