If I purchase a renewal subscription, does the subscription start on the day I renew (today is 11/29/24) or on the date of the original purchase (09/20/23)? My hope is it starts when I renew.
@Jeff144 When renewing, it adds on a full year no matter what. So if you mean that your previous subscription expired 2 months ago, then if you renew today, your renewal will expire 1 year from today.

If you renew your subscription before your previous subscription expires, it still adds on a full year to your existing subscription.
For example if you renew your subscription with 3 days left on the current subscription, your subscription will expire in 1 year + 3 days from the day you renew.
