401(k) Transferred from Newport Group to Ascensus

My 401(k) was managed through Newport Group. I was able to download transactions as a QFX into Quicken. With the account transfer, Ascensus does not have any functionality to download transactions to Quicken. I tried adding the account to Quicken to use a direct download function for Online Services and none of the 4 various Ascensus account types seem to work. Has anyone had success in getting transactions data from Ascensus into Quicken?

    Hello @Steady Red,

To help troubleshoot this issue, please provide more information. What happens when you try to connect to Ascensus? Have you been able to successfully connect, but not update, or are are you unable to add accounts at all?

When I check on our end, I can see that you've been getting CC-502 errors when attempting to connect. Is that consistent with any error messages/codes you see on your end?

I look forward to your reply!

Yes, that is what I see on my end. Quicken responds that the website is not available am an unable to add the account. But I assume it's because the Ascensus login page for the Newport transfer accounts has not been added to Quicken yet?

    Thank you for your reply,

That is correct. When I check our list of supported financial institutions (FIDIR), it does not show the login URL from your initial post associated with any of the available connection options, nor does it show Newport Group among the supported connection options with Ascensus. The screenshots below show the connections that do show up on the listing.

Have you contacted Ascensus about this? Ultimately, the financial institution are the ones who decide whether to support Quicken and what information they will make available.

    Thank you!
