Live Oak error OL-301-A . Any idea how to fix? Unable to reset as well

I don't know where it wants to "verify" my information. It doesn't give me a pop up. I can log into their site just fine. It won't let me reset my connection either. Do I have to disable it and start over and get another authentication download code that they require?

    Hello @jasonpbyu,

To start troubleshooting this issue, based on the steps in this article on OL-301 errors, since there currently aren't any open alerts for connection issues with Live Oak, please contact Live Oak directly for assistance. This may require you request to speak with an online services specialist that handles transaction download issues at the financial institution.  If your financial institution states they can't assist, an escalation with them may be necessary.

I apologize that I could not be of more assistance!

@Quicken Kristina i called them, they had me try creating a new file with just that account and it downloaded. So the issue is not on their end. I am not even able to reset the connection. Any tips here?

    Thank you for your reply,

If it works in a new file, but not in your existing file, that implies the issue is being caused by a file-specific problem. To troubleshoot that, I suggest that you start by validating and/or super validating your data file.  Please save a backup file prior to performing these steps.

    Validate:

    1. File
    2. Validate and Repair File...
    3. Validate File
    4. Click OK
    5. Close the Data Log
    6. Close Quicken (leave it closed for at least 5 secs)
    7. Reopen Quicken and see if the issue persists.

If the issue persists, proceed to Super Validate. If the issue is resolved after performing validation, then please disregard the instructions to Super Validate.

    Super Validate:

    1. File
    2. Hold CTRL + Shift and click Validate and Repair File...
    3. Super Validate File
    4. Click OK
    5. Close the Data Log
    6. Close Quicken (leave it closed for at least 5 secs)
    7. Reopen Quicken and see if the issue persists.

Please let me know how it goes!
