Rental Property - Views (Next 12 months)

In the Rental Property feature it is possible to select views for current month, recent month, current quarter, current year etc. It is not presently possible to select Next 12 months. Adding this feature would allow a quick viewing of the feature to see when all leases expire over the upcoming year. (even when that rental year is in the next calendar year).
