One Investment Account is Auto-executing the Reconcile Shares Command

Windows 10 Quicken Premier Build #27.1.60.15
I have several investment accounts at Fidelity. One of the accounts is auto executing the Reconcile Shares command when any transactions for that account are downloaded. See the attachment for the pop-up message received.
This behavior actually started several builds ago. None of the other Fidelity accounts do this. I have checked the settings of all of the Fidelity accounts and I cannot find anything to either stop this on the one account or turn it on for the other accounts.
Any thoughts?

The setting for that is at Edit > Preferences > Downloaded transactions > Compare account portfolio after download. You can set it separately for each investing account.

Thanks Jim. I checked those settings just now and the option is turned on for all the investment accounts. I realize I could turn it off for just the one account and maybe it would be less annoying. But the other question seems to be "Why doesn't this dialog box pop up for all of the others if everything matches?"
I thought it might be related to placeholders, but all of the accounts have at least one placeholder and they do not have the popup dialog box appear.
It seems to be something affecting just this one account?

Normally the pop-up only appears if there is a discrepancy of more then 0.001 share (I think) between the holdings in Quicken and those reported by the brokerage. So I would guess that there is a difference in the share count of at least one of your securities in the affected account.

Oops! Sorry the screenshot didn't get uploaded. The pop-up I get is for the when everything matches, not the one that suggests to add a placeholder.
P.S. I went back and added the screen shot to the original post!

So for this one account, after downloading, accepting transactions, and clicking on Done you get the pop-up that says everything is in agreement, which you then must then dismiss?
I am running R59.35 and have the Compare after download option set for all of my accounts and I do not see any pop-up when the share counts agree.

Over a year ago I posted over in the SuperUsers forum the same comment that I was getting that exact message on one of my Schwab Accounts (out of eight Schwab Accounts) and got no thoughts. I also have the "Compare" set for all my Accounts and I'm simply living with it. Doesn't seem to be hurting anything, it's just odd.

Jim, the pop up appears after the download but before I get a chance to review the transactions. That’s what makes it so strange.
