ONGOING 12/20/24 TD Bank- OL-295-A/HTTP-404/16503/No Transactions Downloading
We are getting reports that customers trying to connect TD Bank accounts to Quicken for Windows are getting an OL-295-A error in Quicken Classic for Windows and HTTP-404/16503 in Quicken Classic for Mac. When trying to connect the accounts, the error the customer is getting says the following: Your financial institution has rejected your transaction. For more information, contact your financial institution.
Additionally, users are also reporting no error, but transactions are not downloading.
This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.
