    To answer your question, yes, this is a known issue which has already been reported to our Development and Product teams for further investigation and resolution. Though we do not currently have an ETA, you can bookmark this Community Alert to get updates when available and to know when the issue is resolved. If you do not see the bookmark icon at the upper right, please make sure you are logged into the Community.

    As of Jan 19 I'm still unable to connect. Nordstrom sends a passcode but the connection still fails. I'm disappointed that Quicken technicians cannot solve this issue timely.

    Agreed…two months is a long time to not solve such an issue.

    I agree completely. They can find my email for 2 step verification they can find my telephone for 2 step verification but the bottom line they cant find my account. This is really unacceptable. There really seems to be no transparency on what is being done teaming with IT at Nordstrom. It doesnt speak well for either entity.

    I agree with the others. It is ridiculous that it is taking so long to resolve the issue. I have noticed that the URL for Nordstrom banks is the same URL that is used to log into my Nordstrom account and not the URL for Nordstrom Bank. When I try to set up downloads I am using my Nordstrom Bank login and password. I put my login,I receive a text message to my phone but I then get an error message. I think this whole mess needs to be escalated the senior management in both companies.
