Installer download URL

Anyone know how to download the Business and Rental Property installer for Mac? I already have a subscription and am really excited to see that Mac is supported now. The only download option I see is for Quicken Classic and when I click on the Business option on the homepage it says I can't renew my subscription yet and won't let me go any farther.

Hello @daowens,

To clarify, Quicken Classic is the name of the program. "Classic" was simply added to distinguish it from Quicken Simplifi. Both are Quicken products, but different programs. Your subscription is tied to your Quicken ID (email address associated with your account).

There is only one download file you need to install Quicken Classic for Mac, which you can find at this link here. You will choose one of the three options that applies. Then on the pop screen click, Download for Mac. You can also find install instructions at this link here.

Once the program is installed and opened, you will be prompted to sign in using your Quicken ID and password, which will recognize your subscription tier and apply the features associated with your subscription.

However, if you already have the Quicken Classic for Mac program installed and only changed your subscription tier, you won't need to uninstall and reinstall it, and just need to sign out and back in with your Quicken ID. If that is the case, let me know and I can provide instructions on how to do so instead.

Hi, thanks for your response. I signed out and back in but still don't see my rental property info. Is this somewhere else in the Mac compared to the Windows version?

While Quicken Classic for Mac has added Business features, unfortunately, Rental Property features are not currently available on Mac yet.

However, we do have this active Idea post regarding this topic that you can vote on instead which is currently marked as Under Consideration as well.

 If you would like to see this feature be added in the future, you can go ahead and add your vote by clicking the up arrow underneath the vote count (see example below) as well as a comment explaining how this idea would be beneficial for you.

Our Development and Product teams frequently use our idea posts in order to improve Quicken and implement new features requested by customers.
