AXOS Bank Downloads in Quicken - Still fails - Any Solution available yet?

It's been about 3 months since the discussions on the inability to download transactions from AXOS Bank into Quicken and these discussions seem to have been closed or ended. I tried all the suggested work-arounds like logging onto the Axos link, but this put me into a circle, and nothing worked and now upon trying again this morning found that I still could not link to my AXOS accounts. Does anyone know - Is Q still working on this or has Q worked on this at all and do they or anyone else have any recommendations to try? I am currently using Build 27.1.60.15.

    Hello @Laserjock,

Which instance are you attempting to connect to (see screenshot)? Are you receiving any error codes or messages? What exactly is occurring when attempting to add your Axos Bank accounts?

    Let me know!

    Hi Jasmine,

I've tried 3 different Axos bank login choices (see below). The Axos Bank WC and Axos Bank DC choices send me to the Axos NW Consent app which allows me to log into Axos bank, says I'm "good", but then sends me back to the same previous page telling me I have to do it all over again… a continuous loop. The Axos Bank Business WC log in attempt does not recognize my user name and password and shows an error 503 and goes no further. Hope this info helps.

    Hello @Laserjock,

I do apologize for my delayed response.

I am wondering if this may be caused by certain settings that are located directly on the Axos Bank website through your accounts. First, I suggest navigating to your accounts page on the financial institution's website to see if there may be a setting or allowance where you need to allow third-party access to your accounts (or something along those lines). I have located this document produced by Axos Bank that clarifies how to connect your Quicken accounts. You can also read more information provided by another Quicken/Axos Bank user in this thread.

Please let me know what you find so we may continue troubleshooting if necessary.

    Thanks!

    Hi Jasmine,

I've been trying what you've suggested above for weeks or more. I even tried both the "this document" you referred to above and the "this thread" you referred to above again this evening. These suggestions represent the same things I've been trying and neither works. I get to the screen where I have to leave Q and log into Axos (through a 3rd party URL) and this goes fine. I log on and Axos sends me a code to verify its me and then say I'm ok to log in when I return to quicken, but when I try to do this, I get the same message that I must first log into Axos and it's a vicious circle [same as I initially reported when I opened this discussion]. I called Axos "again" and was told that Quicken and Quickbooks are not supported by Axos which is the story line I've heard before. Anything else you can suggest other than leaving Axos for another bank? Thanks.

    Hello @Laserjock,

You mentioned receiving a CC-503 with one of the Axos Bank instances that you were attempting to connect to. We do currently have an active alert regarding this error message with Axos Bank. This leads me to believe that may be the cause of the other issues that you are experiencing. I advise bookmarking this alert for all further updates.

I do apologize for the inconvenience caused and that I could not be of more assistance at this time! Please let me know if you are still experiencing these issues after the alert that I referenced has been resolved.

Hi Jasmine, I have already bookmarked this alert/discussion and hopefully some solution/work-around will be found. I will post if I see a resolution that let's me log on to Axos and download my transactions. Thanks for trying.

I'm having the exact same problem. I get to the screen where I have to leave Quicken and log into Axos (through a 3rd party URL) and this goes fine. I log on and Axos sends me a code to verify its me and then say I'm ok to log in. However, when I return to Quicken, I get the same message. I'm using the Axos Bank DC login, no others recognize my credentials. And I've also found the Axos Bank's Tech Support is of no help at all - they just keep referring inquiries back to Quicken.

After not working since July this now works for me. A clarification AXOS DC stands for Direct Connect . Follow the instructions in the PDF and everything will work for you. Follow the small print as mentioned.

    Hello @pgmuller,

Glad it worked for you, but it still does not work for me and others. I followed exactly the protocol has given by Axos and the Axos clarification, including following all the small print, Axos DC connect, etc. I’ve cleared caches, deleted histories, restored the PC, installed the latest Windows 10 updates, and I’ve also tried it dozens of times with several files including restored files and still end up in the same loop as discussed by myself in my initial conversation and echoed by others. Hopefully Q is still working on this and maybe a solution or a workaround will be found someday. Congrats again on being one of the lucky ones and to everyone on this conversation, Happy Holidays. Who knows, maybe Q will solve the problem and this will result in a nice Christmas present for us all.

Still no change for me. Followed all the instructions given by Axos, same loop. I'm glad it works for someone! Happy holidays all!
