Can someone at quicken PLEASE fix Bond price downloads on Quicken Classic for Mac. For all the new features and updates that get pushed out [Removed - Rant/Speculation], the one thing that I've seen so many complaints about not working is Bond prices. I've got hundreds of brokered bonds, all entered with the CUSIP, yet only a handful ever download and update properly. There is clearly a bug given the numerous complaints on this issue. Can we please get it fixed? It should not be a hard issue to fix.

    Hello @cmr,

When did this issue first start to occur for you? Have you tried any troubleshooting so far, and if so, do you mind sharing what you have tried so far? Also, could you please tell us where on your computer you have your data file located, is it in a folder on your local hard drive or in a cloud-based drive (e.g.: iCloud, DropBox, etc)?

Check back and let us know! Thank you.

Bonds are not priced/quoted as cleanly as stocks, as you probably know. Each brokerage will likely have different valuations for the same CUSIP computed in different ways particularly for bonds that are not heavily traded.

So the question is larger…what price do you want to see? Presumably the price / quote shown on your online brokerage account summary? If so, then it depends on your brokerage actually sending that data to Quicken. I don’t known what Quicken actually does here… just saying it isn’t as easy as just looking up the price of a stock on the major exchanges.
