When did Quicken stop providing support?
Downloading transactions from my bank has stopped working. I've tried resetting my credentials in Quicken, but they are not accepted. The same credentials work fine directly with the bank.
I can download transactions from the bank, but Quicken won't import them. I've downloaded them in two Quicken formats. Quicken refuses to import them, because it says my "FI" is not available (Financial institution?). Why does that matter?
It seems you can only get support from Quicken if you don't have a typical 8-5 job. They do a great job of not providing support. No way to email, leave a message, nothing.
Why do I pay a subscription for this? And how have they managed to finally improve the software, but then turn around and degrade support?

Hello @KenH.,
We will need some additional information to better assist you further.
Could you please provide the name of the financial institution with which you are experiencing this issue? Do you normally download from the bank's website and import to Quicken, or do you normally use an automatic connection type such as Quicken Connect or Direct Connect? If so, which, and is there a specific error code you are seeing when attempting to connect with one of the automatic connection types?
Last, just for future reference, below are the hours of operation for Quicken phone and chat support. You can also review this support article on how to contact Quicken Support.
Customer Support Team phone hours of operation are 5 am - 5 pm PDT Monday-Friday.
