cc-501 error today with Schwab, along with CITIBank's cc-501

Regarding the CC-501 error you are receiving from Charles Schwab, we have sent this issue to our team for further investigation. This issue has been reported for further investigation. In the meantime, we request that you please navigate to Help > Report a problem and submit a problem report with log files, a sanitized data file, and screenshots. (CBT-480).
Regarding the CC-501 that you are receiving with Citi Bank, which instance are you connected with (Citi Bank, Citi Cards, Citi Personal Wealth Management, etc.)?
