Is the "rollover" feature only available in the budget planning section and not in a financial report?

By "financial report" do you mean a budget report? Otherwise, what would you expect to show about something that didn't actually happen?

"Budgets" are projections based on estimates and, as such, are subject to constant manipulation and adjustment as the "future" unfolds. A "financial report" (assumed to be a Quicken Income and Expense report) records what has actually happened; it's "backwards looking." You can't change history.

I do mean a budget report, sorry. I budget based on an annual budget with monthly budget details. Seeing any residual budget amounts (+/-) brought forward would be nice.
