    This is what mine does. And then when I go to "Fix It" and go thru the steps it states can't connect. Exact same behavior that's been happening since early November for me.

    Hello @SteveK_ORD,

    The error OL-306 is usually caused by one of the following:

    • An incorrect account type that does not support automatic account information (that is, you may have selected a savings account type for a checking account).
    • Your account has been closed.
    • The account has not been authorized to download.

    To resolve this issue:

    • Update Quicken to the latest release.
      • You can do so by going to Help > Check for Updates
    • Deactivate / Reactivate the account, then complete a One Step Update. Please, follow the instructions below in order to do so. It is recommended to save a backup before proceeding
    1. Open the Account List in Quicken (Tools > Account List OR Ctrl + A)
    2. If present, select the Show Hidden Accounts checkbox at the bottom of the Account List
    3. Edit each account with this financial institution to Deactivate (or Remove From One Step Update) on the Online Services tab Click on the General tab and remove any info displayed in the Financial Institution, and Account/Routing Number fields. Note: The account must be deactivated first before these fields can be edited.
    4. When finished, close the Account List
    5. Close, then re-open Quicken
    6. Navigate to Tools > Add Account 
    7. Walkthrough this process as if you were going to add a new account, providing the login credentials and answering any security questions/processes presented until you reach the screen where Quicken displays the Accounts Discovered at the financial institution
    8. Very carefully LINK each of the found accounts to the appropriate account you already have set up in Quicken.

    If you continue to experience an issue, the account could either be closed or not authorized for downloading. Either way, you will want to contact your financial institution to resolve this issue.
