Apparently previous discussion was closed. Quicken again stopped downloading my citigroup transactions. The last entry I have is for Oct 31 (after the previous reauthorization process)

Could you please elaborate and provide us more details as to what exactly happens when you try to connect? Do you receive any specific error code(s) and/or message(s) that you can share with us here? And which instance of Citi are you using to connect (see list below).
