Virgin Atlantic and Synchrony Bank
Virgin ended its relationship with Bank of America and now has a new card issued by Synchrony bank. I asked their support chat if they say they support downloads, whih they say they do but to contact Quicken.
Virgin cards seem to use a different url
and I do have online access to the account, but none of the Synchrony Bank download options in Quicken seem to workAnswers

Typically for Synchrony cards, if there isn't a separate instance available, you would use the Synchorny Bank Credit Cards instance to connect.
Can you tell us exactly what happens when you try to connect using this instance?

I get the error "Did you mistype your sign-in info? Please re-enter your credentials for Synchrony Bank Credit Cards."
I think the issue is that they have a different login URL and access to the branded Virgin Red. When I tried to use the app I had to pick that I had a Virgin Red account, it showed a virgin red website that allowed me to put my user name and password in, then I was able to log into the app.
I think there is an intermediary step that isn't supported by the Intuit connection. Even on their website, I have to log in via the url listed below. None of the options on their primary website works.

In that case, it is very likely that they do not support online connectivity with Quicken for that specific card. However, I would suggest reaching out to the financial institution directly to confirm this.
