QuickFill Rules do not allow Business selection
This seems like a major oversight since the Business features were added to QMac:
QuickFill rules have no field for choosing the business name when QMac has been set up for multiple businesses. Thus, any transaction modified by a Quickfill will have the default business set for the transaction - which will often be the wrong choice.
Not sure if I should report this a bug, or if this is just a growing pain as Business features are fleshed out? Here's a QuickFill Rule with a Business category selected… which results in the default business - not the one I want - filled in upon download into the register. I propose that a "Business" field belongs in this dialog.

By chance, are you experiencing this issue within your Beta version file in QMAC?
Also, this issue has been reported for further investigation. There is no current ETA, however I will come back and update this thread once I receive more information.

Log files/etc are unnecessary… any download to a business category will simply get the default business because QMac has no means to assign any other business. That's what my QuickFill screenshot is showing… it is an oversight with the addition of business features.
This is all with production QMac 7.10.1. I would never discuss beta issues in a public forum 😀 - but there is nothing in the current beta "Create QuickFill Rule" that is different from production.
