We’ve identified a specific issue affecting Coastal Federal Credit Union accounts in Quicken for both Mac and Windows. Quicken is:

  1. Creating transactions where charges appear as payments and payments appear as charges.
  2. Downloading pending transaction information incorrectly.

This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.
