OPEN CASE NUMBERS
I have two (2) Open Case numbers with Quicken (#11374297 & 11378986). Both cases have been open since SEPTEMBER!!!!
They both have to do with not being able to connect with my Ameriprise Investment accounts. Why have I not received any communication or resolution to these cases?
I'm using Quicken Classic Business & Personal for MAC Version 8.0.0 (Build 800.56057.100)

To assist with this, I looked up those ticket numbers. Are they the tickets you intended to reference? The tickets are about Ameriprise, but they are about an issue with connected accounts showing a $0 balance, and they are dated 7 Nov 24 and 11 Nov 24. If this is the issue you're wanting to follow up on, I can see the tickets show the issue was escalated (CTP-11401). The issue is open and in work, no ETA yet. Typically, with escalated issues, our team will reach out to you if they need more information or when they believe the issue is resolved.
Since you mentioned being unable to connect with your Ameriprise accounts, has the issue gotten worse? Are you seeing any error messages/codes?

Just saw this response. Sorry for the delay in responding. The issue remains that when I try to add my Ameriprise accounts, my IRA's and other investment accounts show $0.00 balances.
