My Mortgage Payments are not showing the Registry of my Mortgage Account. How do I fix this?

I am running Quicken Classic Business & Personal version R60.15 build 27.1.60.15.

When I refinanced I created an account for my new loan and I connected it to the financial institution online. I mistakenly thought it would update and show the details in the registry. It has not. When I created the account and payment details it split the payment into the following: Loan Payment:Principal, Loan Payment:Interest, and [Escrow]. The only item that ever updates is the [Escrow] account.

When I attempted to edit the payment and change the Loan Payment:Principal to the new account name (inside the brackets), that transfer account is not listed. What am I doing wrong?

I find all my old mortgage loans and the account details match (i.e Loan Type = Mortgage) but the new loan is not in my Categories List as an option.

UPDATE: After digging a little deeper I discovered that the "Hide entry in transaction lists" box was checked in the Display Options of the Account Details. Once I unchecked this, the account appeared and I was able to edit the payment reminder as well as all previous payments so that I am now able to track it in the registry.
