Quicken Home and Business vs Quicken on the web

I have searched for an article on the differences between the two Quicken products above, but I cannot find one. I want to switch to the web version of Quicken. I only use the business part of Quicken for one rental property I track. I do not interface Quicken with Turbotax or any other tax program.

Is there an article published by Quicken illustrating the differences between the products?

Thank you

Steven

By Quicken on the web do you mean Simplifi? The web app is just a companion to the Desktop Quicken, not a stand a lone. Will this post help?

I'm staying on Quicken 2013 Premier for Windows.

Quicken Business & Personal is a brand new product Quicken just introduced. It is Quicken Simplifi with business features for clients, invoices, sales taxes, payments, etc. The business features are similar to what's been in Quicken Windows, and is coming soon to Quicken Mac, for users who subscribe to the Business & Personal — which was formerly called "Home & Business" — subscription level).

Quicken on the Web is a web browser interface to your Quicken Classic data which has been synced to Quicken's cloud servers. It is not a stand-alone web product; you still need to be using Quicken Classic on the desktop to use the Quicken on the Web companion. I don't use it, so I'm not sure how much of the business functionality is available in the web interface.)

If you're looking for a web-only solution, then you're wanting to look at Quicken Simplifi, which was created several years ago as a modern, web-only platform. And now, they've extended that platform to include as second product, Quicken Business & Personal with the added business features. (I'm not sure why they aren't calling it "Quicken Simplifi Business & Personal"; it seems they do in some places, but in other places they leave off Simplifi from the name. Their marketing people seem to like changing product names and insuring ongoing marketplace confusion. 😂)
