Workers Credit Union (WCU.com) not downloading

My accounts at Workers Credit Union have not been downloading for about a week. The usual attempts to reset and try again fail. I do successfully get security codes texted to me from the credit union but they don't work to get the accounts authorized.

Quicken Classic Deluxe R60.15 on Windows 11 Home (running on Parallels on a MacBook Pro but this shouldn't matter), Build 27.1.60.15
