a lot of work undone when syncing with Quicken on the Web

This has happened so many times I'm about to give up. I spend an entire day entering data via the web, to later sync on a Mac PC that my daughter owns. We sync, and the transactions are all on the Mac. Then, the next time I log into Quicken on the web, a large portion of the work has been undone. Accounts are no longer reconciled, transactions, such as checks, have reverted to check numbers with no description, etc. I have to do a major portion of the work all over again, because as soon as she signs on from her Mac, it will sync with the cloud and the previously correctly synced transactions will then become incorrect. Not all accounts are affected, and only some transactions in some accounts are undone. What could possibly be causing this?

    Hello @CoNative55,

Are you initiating a sync from Quicken on the Web first before the Quicken desktop program is opened and synced?

For the Cloud to sync accurately from Web to Desktop, you will want to make sure that the Quicken desktop program is not running while the sync is initiated on the Web and that the sync from Quicken on the Web completes first before opening the Desktop program and syncing there.

Then, after your daughter is done working in the Quicken dekstop program, she will then need to initiate a cloud sync from the desktop program to keep the information up-to-date in the Quicken Cloud for Quicken on the Web. When that sync on the desktop occurs, you again want to make sure you are not signed in on Quicken on the Web.

Let us know if this is the process you follow! Thank you.
