Downloaded credit card transactions appearing in a checking account register

We will need some additional information to better assist you further.
Are the credit card and checking accounts both from the same or different financial institutions (please include the names)? Also, is the checking account seemingly only downloading credit card transactions, or is it also downloading the right transactions for that account? Do you have a separate account set up for the credit card in Quicken and if so, is it downloading properly in there?

It's showing me Chase VISA transactions on my USAA Checking account register.
Yes, checking account is only showing the Chase VISA transactions.
Yes, the transactions are showing properly on the Chase VISA register.
I may delete the Chase VISA account and start over depending on what I hear from you.

Thank you for following up with those additional details.
Could you please right-click the checking account in question and select Edit/Delete account, then navigate to the Online Services tab. In there, which financial institution does it show as connected for that account? See example below.

What is the category on the transactions in the Chase VISA account? Could it be a transfer to the checking account like [USAA Checking] in square brackets?
I'm staying on Quicken 2013 Premier for Windows.

It showed the correct institution. I went ahead and did a reset to make sure it was set up properly.

Were you also able to check the category on the Visa transactions as suggested by @volvogirl to see if they are transfer transactions?

The account transfer may be the culprit. I will check that the next time I download transactions tomorrow morning. TY for your assist and Merry Christmas.
