Quicken Online Cloud Backup

I have been a Quicken Classic customer for 7 years. On December 5, 2024, I purchased the online backup product and on 12-14-24 I entered transactions, tried to backup as normal and my system crashed. Support worked with me, and I had to get my IT department to load the latest Classic update (my IT department blocks certain updates, and they have to install) which they did. I went back to Support, and they worked with my files but could not recover any files except a 11-20-2020 and a 11-30-2022 file. They said they could do nothing else, so I really have nothing of value, and I believe the Online package was not supported by the Classic update I was on because I had not uploaded the 11-24 update to it. I am very disappointed with this and wondering if any other members have had this problem and how to tell all users of Classic that Online Backup is very "iffy" unless you have the correct Classic update done.
