Optum Bank HSA downloads

So a while back Optum stopped allowing sycn to Quicken. I had been downloading CSV files then today when I tried, Quicken gave me an error saying I can only import from MINT?

Hello @christinaund,
If you don’t mind, could you please provide a screenshot of the error message you described receiving? If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.
Also, I have sent you a direct message regarding certain details so that I may look further into the internal error that you are experiencing. You can click the mail icon in the top right corner.
Thanks!

I had a similar issue today.
Attempting to import the csv file dowloaded from Optum.

This is happening to me as well. Has Quicken support responded to anyone?

Quicken Mac has never supported a way to import .csv files. the only exception was a limited feature for people converting from Mint, which allowed import if the .csv file was in the exact format used by Mint's export. It was intended for one-time file migration rather than ongoing financial institution transaction imports. Since Mint has been shut down for nearly a year, I don't think the Quicken Mac team has devoted any resources to that import format, but since it's still on the Import menu, I would think it still works. If you do some searching on this forum, you will find posts explaining the exact way the .csv file must be set up to work with the Mint import.
I don't use Quicken Windows, so I cannot comment on what can or cannot be imported. Since this thread was started in a Quicken Windows category, you might want to create a new thread in the Quicken Windows area. Alternatively, since the Quicken Windows error message spells out the format required for the .csv file, you may want to open the file downloaded from Optum in a text editor to see if all the required fields and header row are present.
