Tried to log in to Schools first today. 12/12/2024
Same window pops up. "We encountered an error. It's not your fault"
Two weeks now.
I think it has been going on longer than that, very frustrating. I wish we could get a more technical update from the programmers instead of just “someone is working on it”.

How do I withdraw from continuing? I solved my problem and don't share issues like others here.
Just finished with Schools techy asking me to do a walk through of getting my accounts connected.
We did both email and text verification options for that step.
First time, it only picked up two accounts (one was just closed days ago—during the "outage"). Q-Mac locked up and I had to force quit.
Relaunched and tried again— this time it picked up all of them for me to "match" up.
They (Schools First FCU) will be exploring that first partial match-up/freeze issue before they actually declare it fixed.

Dec 13 update. The FDP-105 issue has been fixed for me. 2FA is working via text, and presenting the screen to add the code. Hopefully, everyone else gets theirs working quickly. Thank you to everyone who worked on the issue.
I logged in today and was able to verify and update my accounts.
Fixed for me also. Was the problem on the Quicken side or the SchoolsFirst side?

I haven’t been able to sync since November. [Removed - Rant/Speculation]
I hit the fix it button resigned in and it’s now working. It worked as usual this morning. Might try disconnecting your account and sign in again.
How are you doing with solving my issue with SchoolsFirst FCU? I haven't seen anything new since December 16, 2024. Have you given up on fixing the issue with CC-929 code?????

Mine still will not connect. Quicken has marked my issue as resolved, but it clearly isn't.
