Quicken classic 'Dashboard' view using 'My Saved Reports'
Finding the default reports on the default dashboards less then valuable. Would like to create a new VIEW (which I can) though I'm unable to populate the VIEW with the 'My Created Reports'.
Is there a way to create a view using reports that have value and meaning to my focus in tracking expense, income, growth, ect…???
below shows the limiting ability to use the 'canned reports', you can't modify the canned reports (which makes sense), all that is needed is to allow one to use the modified reports, this would be a welcomed feature enhancement.

I personally think this is a optional feature is great idea that would be appealing to many users. So, I have cast my vote for it.
If you have not done so already, please be sure to cast your vote for it by clicking on the triangle below your post and on the left. (If you click on that triangle and the number goes down it means that your vote is already added to it. If that happens, just click on it, again, and the number will go back up to where it was.)
BTW, click on the Bookmark icon to the right of the post Title and this idea will be added to your "My Bookmarks". It makes it easy to find and return to this idea thread should you ever want to review the status of it or add additional comments.

I couldn't find any method to add saved reports to the Dashboard, but seeing that you CAN save them to the Toolbar, OR you can access them by clicking Reports and hovering over My Saved Reports, it's not apparent to me that this inability is any great loss.

I agree with you that adding customized reports to the Toolbar and hovering over My Saved Reports is a good thing and it something that I utilize frequently, especially when I want to deep-dive into a specific report.
But if all one wants to do is get a quick snapshot of multiple reports (especially of the graphics) without having to spend time to open/close and search for and select reports when all that is wanted is a quick snapshot side-by-side view of them then I think there is merit and value to this proposed change. Your idea is comparable to Complete tracking vs Simple tracking in investment accounts. There is a segment of the user base who desire more customization and simplicity in this regard. I myself would find some value if this were to be implemented.
