Why would this thread be closed with no resolution?

Tower Federal Credit Union Credit Card Transactions - Personal Security Code

I am trying to download credit card transactions from Tower Federal Credit Union (TFCU). When I try to add this account, I enter my username a password, but then Quicken says the Credit Union also requires a Personal Security Code. TFCU says they have no idea what this is.

I have no problems with the other (savings, checking, mortgage) account, only the Mastercard account.

Any suggestions, comments, or advice will be appreciated.

I suspect that it was closed because it had gone a month with no activity, which is Q's policy for this forum.
