Truist - What is going on with you?????

I'm having problems with Truist. All of my other banks are working fine. Just Truist. I've had no problems with SunTrust/BB&T/Truist for many many years. Over the past 3-4 weeks, I'm having a 20%-30% success rate when trying to connect with Truist. What is going on here? I'm on the latest version of Quicken, which I show as R60.15. While this may be a Truist error, what am I supposed to do when Truist tells me just to try again later? Can't Quicken apply some pressure on Truist if that is indeed where the problem is? I have multiple bank accounts and a loan account with Truist. I'm stuck, frustrated and it's driving me crazy! Quicken - what are you doing about this? Please don't ask me to do basic stuff like reset my account, reboot my computer, check for updates with Quicken…..I am WAYYYYYY past that. This deserves attention please.

I've been having Truist connectivity problems for a few weeks myself, but usually after trying 3 or 4 times I connected. Today, however, I just can't get through after at least 9 tries! Error code: 16503, server message: HTTP-504 Error from Truist Online Banking, type: Direct Connect FI.

I too, am having issues connecting to Truist. Works maybe 50% of the time. This has been happening for about a month now and is very frustrating. I've opened tickets with Quicken and Truist. Both point fingers at each other and are of no help. I constantly get OL-295-A errors. Connection log shows the follwing:

    20250104 09:26:19: QFN: Beginning send to https://eftx.bbt.com/eftxweb/access.ofx
    20250104 09:28:19: ***QFN kQFFinished: returns 67305976
20250104 09:28:19: Your Internet connection or the server has timed out. Try again now, or wait and try later.
    20250104 09:28:19: QFN: End send to https://eftx.bbt.com/eftxweb/access.ofx, netstatus 17
    20250104 09:28:19:

All other accounts (AMEX, Chase, Fidelity, Etrade, etc….) work flawlessly so I am not having an internet connection issue. Problem is either with Quicken or Truist.

    Please help!

Let me add to the chorus of complaints about how poorly Truist is working with Quicken. I've used both for years with no problem until a couple of months ago. Truist now routinely times out and will eventually update after I go through the error recovery process. Sometimes. Sometimes not. It's the only financial institution I pay for an online service ($7.95 per month), and it's simply terrible to use. Plus, Truist gives you no way to contact them about your complaint unless you go through the dreaded telephone support line, which I've done, and which accomplishes nothing. Truly abysmal service. I don't know whose fault it is, but it's close to unusable at this point.

Like taking a squeaking car into the shop … Today it downloaded on the first try.

It took 7 tries for me today. After 6 tries and several Quicken restarts I walked away. Came back 10 minutes later and it worked.
