UPDATED 1/9/25 Issue Adding Accounts in Quicken
We are currently investigating an issue where users cannot add accounts in Quicken. The error message appears for all banks and states:
“We couldn't get information about [Bank Name]. This account will be set up as a manual account.”
This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.
