Invoice Editing

The formatting of the text to the customer (as shown below) seems to insert lots of line returns on it's own which requires I edit this message text every time I create an invoice. Does anyone know if this is a file somewhere that can be edited or how I can suppress this behavior?

    I apologize for any inconvenience the issue you are experiencing may be causing.

    To clarify— Are you trying to change the message so it defaults to a different/customized message created by yourself?

    Are you trying to change the message so it defaults to a different/customized message created by yourself?

    Yes, I use a customized message but once I press the button to generate the email when the Email Preview appears the text in the message box has lots of line returns on it's own which requires I edit this message text every time I create an invoice. The more times you iterate pressing the Email button the more line returns are added.
