Ascensus - RPLink Simple Tracking Account Update producing CC-505 error (Win 11)
For at least 2 days the above referenced update has been resulting in CC-505 errors. Can someone please investigate. I'm using Express Web Connect and simple tracking (only choices). Thanks.

I apologize for any inconvenience this error may have been causing you. This error is usually caused by an issue on the bank's servers (typically a block placed by the bank) that Quicken uses to download transactions.

It would also aid the investigation to include a sanitized file when submitting the problem report. A sanitized file is a data file that removes personally identifiable information so you can comfortably share this file with the Quicken team.

Yes, I have read the guidance that you referenced and followed both recommendations yesterday and today. I'll wait another couple of days and check in with you if the problem persists.

Having identical issue, CC-505 problem with Ascensus RP-Link and no updates with Express Web Connect for at least past 3 days.
