Prudential - Command Brokerage Accounts - Error FDP 107
I keep getting an error when I try to connect Quicken to my Command Brokerage Accounts with Prudential. Anytime I try to connect these accounts to Quicken, I get an error telling me that my accounts have been moved to Empower and to try to link them with that. This doesn't work (I've tried it). I don't have an account with Empower. I log into these accounts through the prudential.com website. Prudential has moved them over to LDL Financial. Can anyone help with this?

Hello @kmfrank1,
A while back, Prudential shifted the bulk of their accounts to Empower, hence, why the Prudential instance is not working as those instances are no longer connected to an active server.
To help troubleshoot this issue, please provide additional information. Which instance did you attempt to connect to (see below)? Have you attempted to sign into your accounts online using Empower?
I look forward to your reply!

Yes. I tried to sign in using Empower. It doesn’t work, because I don’t have an Empower account. When I sign in to view these accounts, I sign in normally at https://www.prudential.com/login
