Tracking of Credit Card Benefit Usage
A number of the higher end credit cards have a number benefits which the owner must diligent to track to ensure they are using. Often my transactions in Quicken can be tied to the usage credits and it would be SUPER helpful to get a consolidated view of what's been used and what is still available.
For example Amex Platinum gives you $20/month for Uber so it would be nice to know I have the $20 credit still unused that month, and when that credit hits to have it show I used that months. Same would apply for the Autograph collection Hotel credit. We travel often and have a number of these cards so keeping track of all the benefits and their usage status can be dizzying in my opinion.
It would be great to be able to setup in Quicken (or populated since they are known) a Rewards/Benefits Dashboard for each of your card showing what is available and when a transaction comes in, to mark it as the credit so you know what you've used and what you haven't. Seems very simple and it could pay back in actual cash/savings given many people forget they have these credits. Quicken has the transaction data and what is missing is the capability to build the credits and assign transactions to them.
I suspect I am not the first to think of this, and often Quicken is used for tracking when this could be a huge value prop that helps pay for Quicken assuming users have credits/benefits they aren't leveraging. I happen to be a Mac user so having them on Q4Mac as well as Q4Win to keep functional parity.
