I have done the reset procedure.

    Still no updates from USAA

@Randall.G Did the update end with an error or just 0 (zero) new transactions?

Today I connected fine, both accounts updated, 0 new transactions since yesterday. Logged onto USAA and confirmed balances match.

@nmestanas - the update did not work - No errors. It appears like it's working. But nothing downloads.

    Plenty to download

Randall, sometimes you have to reset up One Step Update settings after these things happen - not every time, but now and then. Might want to check that out.

Resetting the one stop update was the first step in the script.

    Unfortunatly, did not work

    Hello @Randall.G,

I apologize that you are still experiencing this issue.

First, I suggest you try signing out of your data file completely and then signing back in to refresh the registration token for your Online Connected Services. However, I do recommend that you first save a backup file prior to performing these steps.

    1. Navigate to Edit
    2. Preferences...
    3. Quicken ID & Cloud accounts
    4. Click Sign in as a different user (or it might say Sign in using a different Quicken ID) image.png
    5. Follow the prompts to Sign Out
    6. Sign back in using your Quicken ID (email) and password

Let me know how it goes!
