How do I remove a payee from the list of payees from the list when i select quickpay/checkpay?

To assist with this, please provide a bit more information. What process are you using when you set up the payments (for instance, are you using a reminder, putting a transaction in your account register, etc.)?

In general, if the payees you want to remove are online billers that you no longer need to be connected to, you can delete those billers from your Quicken. That should prevent them from showing up as a Quick Pay option.
