Can't get quicken to download 1 transaction

I have a deposit from the 27th of last month. It shows up on my bank as posted. Quicken will NOT download it. To get my account to reconcile I have to tell Quicken it has not cleared. I can't leave it in my register forever as uncleared. What do I do to make Quicken happy?

    We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may be causing!

    First, could you please tell us the name of the financial institution you are experiencing this issue with? Also, do you use the last statement balance or the online balance to reconcile? What type of account is this happening in (i.e.: checking, savings, brokerage, credit card, etc)? And what type of transactions is it that won't download (deposit, withdrawal, transfer, etc)?
