BlueCross BlueShield of Illinois AND Citizens Bank

A year or two ago I used to be able to download transactions for BlueCross BlueShield of Illinois AND Citizens Bank. Now they are stuck in Needs Attention. I have tried repair, super validate, removing, adding, updating, change password, and many other things, but have not been able to get the bills to download.

The last update I had on these two issues was via email on Mar 18, 2024 from customer support, when they said that it was a known issue.

When did this issue begin? After a recent update? Are you receiving any error codes or messages? What exactly occurs when attempting to download transactions? Are you experiencing an issue with these financial institutions regarding adding them as accounts, adding them as billers, or both?

This has been going on since at least Dec 19, 2023. This is what the support email said:

"We have received confirmation that the issue with the biller

BlueCross BlueShield of Illinois is a known issue. We are currently experiencing issues syncing BlueCross BlueShieldof Illinois accounts. We don't have an estimated timeof resolution for this but can assure you that this is a priority of our development team.

We will contact you as soon as further details areavailable."

When I check on the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois online biller connection issue, I can see that it has been reported. Currently, there is no ETA for when it will be working again.
