Quarterly Bill Reminders

I saw this discussed before but with no answers. I have a bill reminder setup to remind me quarterly on the 5th of the month. The date keeps changing back to the 31st so my bill will be late. I update it to remind me on the 5th then I close quicken classic and reopen quicken and its back to the 31st. This needs to be fixed. This only applies to Quarterly bill reminders.

    I apologize for any inconvenience this issue may be causing.

    I attempted to replicate the issue but was not able to do so. Can you tell us when you noticed that this issue first started? Did anything in particular occur before this issue started (e.g.: installed a new update, ran One Step Update, sync to Quicken Cloud, etc)? What, if any, troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

    Also, do you sync your file to the Quicken Cloud for the purpose of using Quicken Mobile or Quicken on the Web? And can you tell us where on your computer you have your data file stored? Is it saved in a folder located on your computer hard drive (C: drive), or in a cloud-based/external drive (e.g.: OneDrive, DropBox, USB, etc)?
