Selecting Money Market Fund as brokerage cash
What is current status of being able to select a money market fund to serve as the cash for a brokerage account. I see this has been a running problem since 2019 at least. I just can't find where Quicken solved it's weirdness in not allowing a client to select the proper fund. My issue is about SWVXX and SWGXX as many others were.

Maybe everyone that has this problem should be voting for this idea. Where the user can decide which Mutual funds should be treated as cash:

Thanks for the link, jl747. There are a lot of discussions out there, but I missed that one. The suggestion to deactivate and reactivate actually causes many more problems and does not give SWGXX as an option but does allow you to decide cash or investment on SWVXX which there is no option, it must be investment.
Chris_QPW, that is the answer that will help.
